The time you schedule for an appointment is reserved exclusively for you. When appointments are missed or canceled with little to no notice, we cannot fill the spot, causing a financial impact on Sleek360 Wax Studio and its employees.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with Sleek360 Wax Studio, we request 24-hour(s) notice. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s).

If you are more than 8 minutes late for your appointment it will be considered a no-show. If you have several services scheduled, we will do what we can in the time remaining. Out of respect to our next scheduled client, we cannot extend the appointment times given as we schedule clients back-to-back. You are responsible for payment of the entire service(s) scheduled.

Sleek360 Wax Studio is not a safe or suitable environment for children. Clients must make childcare arrangements before visiting, as children and additional guests who are not scheduled to receive treatment will not be permitted in the treatment rooms. We have one esthetician that does facials and two massage therapists. Their clients pay a lot of money for quiet and relaxing services. Clients who arrive with children will be required to reschedule, and you will be subject to the cancellation appointment fee, as this policy has no exceptions.
