Appointment Policies 

As a courtesy to our other clients, please notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Clients that cancel within 24 hours or no-show will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Appointments are required, and we encourage you to pre-book your next appointment upon checkout. We will send out a reminder email and text a couple days before your appointment.

If it is your first visit to Sleek360 Wax Studio, please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out the necessary paperwork.

We understand that traffic in Cary can be unpredictable, but we do have an 8-minute late policy. If you are more than 8 minutes late to your appointment, we will do our best to fit you in, but it may be required to reschedule for a different day. If you’re coming from Morrisville, Durham, or Raleigh, please give yourself some extra drive time.
